I practice massage with techniques to help a wide array of chronic and acute conditions.  You don't need to be an athlete to benefit from massage.  Although I specialize in sports massage, I also work on desk jockeys, elderly people, and children. Depending on your needs, the massage can range from deep pressure, to delicate and light lymphatic work.

    In general, acute injuries require a physician's attention and care before bodywork. If you have an injury which is showing active signs of inflammation such as redness, heat, swelling and pain, you may need to wait until getting bodywork in that area.
